Notification of Results and Scoring

Score Reports

Score reports display the exams you have taken and your results.

Possible results include:

Passed
Failed
Cancelled — displaying when you’ve cancelled your exam appointment
Absent — displaying when you’ve arrived late, didn’t arrive, or were barred entry to your exam appointment
Expired — displaying when you fail to schedule an exam appointment within your eligibility period

Year-Round Exams

Score reports for year-round exams are available at test centers immediately after completion.

One week after the exam appointment, your results become available in your Pearson and online Inteleos account.

Windowed Exams

Score reports for windowed exams are available roughly 60 days after the administration window ends.

When results become available, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing them via your online account.

School Reports

Inteleos does not share your exam results with anyone but you.

The one exception is school reports. A school or program director can request a school report.

School reports cover certain time periods and include:

Duplicate Score Reports

Request a duplicate score report by emailing appeals@inteleos.org.

Note that any given score report may not be available.
