Intellectual Property Infringements and Use

Intellectual Property (IP) includes any trademark, logo, or other Inteleos, ARDMS, APCA, and Point-of-Care-Ultrasound (POCUS) Certification Academy owned property, or materials.

An IP infringement is the unauthorized use of trademark, logo, or other Inteleos owned property or materials likely to cause confusion or deception.

Information about Inteleos/ARDMS/APCA examination content is also intellectual property and cannot be shared, communicated, or distributed in any forum.

The Compliance Department administratively investigates all IP infringements. If you know of or suspect that an IP infringement has occurred, please contact the Compliance Department through the contact form or email Compliance@Inteleos.org.

All Inteleos certification marks and trademarks are the intellectual property of Inteleos and cannot be reproduced without direct approval.
