After receiving your Exam Confirmation Letter, it’s time to schedule your exam. Be sure to find time within your eligibility window.
- On-demand exams: within 90 days
- Windowed exams (PE, PS, FE, MSKS, ABVM, MSK, CBCCT, CBNC, CBCMR): within 30 days

Reschedule
Sometimes life happens! To reschedule your exam, contact Pearson at 877-258-9220 at least 96 hours before your exam date and time.
Cancel
To cancel, contact Pearson at 877-258-9220 at least 96 hours before your exam date and time. Pearson will email you a cancellation confirmation. Refund eligibility varies by exam.
