Schedule
After receiving your Exam Confirmation Letter, you have 90 days to schedule your exam.
Inteleos partners with Pearson to administer tests. Visit them to:
- Create account
- Locate test center
- Schedule an exam
- Search seat availability
- Contact Pearson Customer Service
Reschedule
Sometimes life happens! To reschedule your exam, contact Pearson at 877-258-9220 at least 96 hours before your exam date and time.
Cancel
To cancel, contact Pearson at 877-258-9220 at least 96 hours before your exam date and time. Pearson will email you a cancellation confirmation.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, deadlines, and amounts vary by exam. Please refer to the current Exam Fee Schedule for refund amounts by exam.
- How to request
- You must cancel your exam before requesting a refund. You can request a refund* 24 hours after cancellation. To submit your request:
- Log in to your account
- Under “Application Center,” select “MY Examination/Application Status”
- Select the exam(s)
- Complete and submit the form
- The refund request steps shown on this page apply only to ARDMS, MSK, ABVM and PVI exams.
