Contribute Content for the SKILLS Platform
Inteleos needs volunteers from all specialty areas to write, review, and edit Knowledge Confirmation questions and content.
Requirements
There are a few requirements that hopeful volunteers must meet in order to work on SKILLS platform content:
- ARDMS or APCA registration in good standing
- A passing score in the exam you want to write or review for (excluding new exams)
- 3 years experience in specialty, currently practicing
- Signed Volunteer Statement of Service
- Completed training — one virtual session

Projects are predominantly completed independently, with occasional virtual live review sessions.
Time commitment
We know you’re busy, so we design our volunteer opportunities to be as flexible as possible.
MOC volunteer live sessions are typically held once a month. They are scheduled based on availability of the volunteer team.
Precise time commitments vary based on task:
- Writers — 6 to 8 hours over one month
- Complete 40-minute self-paced training
- Varies based on number of questions contributed (one question generally takes about 30 minutes to write, each project is normally at least 10 assigned questions)
- Writers work at own pace
- Reviewers — 4 to 8 hours over two to three weeks
- Complete 40-minute self-paced training
- 2 to 4 hours independent review at own pace (one question takes about 15 minutes to review, each project is normally at least 10 assigned questions)
- 1 to 2 hours for live online review sessions with team
