Paperless Application Program: for Educators

The Paperless Application Program lets students who apply under the Prerequisite 2 pathway apply for their specialty exam up to 60 days before graduation — and receive their certification within a week of confirmed completion.

Available exams: AB, AE, OB/GYN, SPI, VT — and BR for CMA-accredited programs.

Program directors submit students’ verification dcoumentation electronically and get on-demand access to school reports.

How to enroll your students — 4 steps

1. Sign into your MY ARDMS or MY APCA account.
2. Select Paperless Application Program under the Educators Corner tab.
3. Click Submit New Form.
4. Complete and submit — your students will receive an eligibility email with the date they can begin applying.

Important: Remind students not to apply before receiving the eligibility email — early submission causes processing delays.

At program completion

Update each student’s graduation status. Certifications are awarded within one week; students receive their welcome package within 4–6 weeks.

School reports

School reports are available on demand for any form with three or more students enrolled.
