HARD COPY AND DIGITAL VERIFICATION

Verify certification

Our certifications support global health, with global accessibility.

In addition to the directory listing, certificants may print a status verification letter, share verified digital credentials, or display a digital badge.

Verification options

  • Use the member directory to search for a certificant.
  • Request a status verification letter, available via the Inteleos online portal.
  • Request verified credentials through the Digital Credential Wallet.
  • Review a shared digital badge using its built-in verification tool.
  • Check the Compliance Sanction List, or contact compliance@inteleos.org to confirm a name match

ACTIVE, RETIRED, OR NO LONGER REGISTERED

Certificant status

You may find certificants listed as active, retired, or no longer registered.

 

An active certificant:

(1) has successfully passed the appropriate examination(s), thereby earning a certification with official notification; and

(2) is in compliance with continuing competency and/or annual renewal requirements.

 

A retired certificant:

(1) is no longer working, practicing, teaching or supervising in the field, but wishes to maintain their association with Inteleos.

(2) is not eligible to use any Inteleos certification designations.

A certificant who is no longer registered:

(1) At one time was certified, but is not in compliance with continuing competency and/or annual renewal requirements.

HIRING

Employment and employer responsibilities

Employers should confirm accuracy of all certification documents and information in order to secure or maintain employment/professional standing. Any of the listed methods can be considered primary source verification.

It is the responsibility of an employer to confirm with sufficient identifiers that an individual, whose credentials are being reviewed, is the same person reported in the directory.

Inteleos will not release any additional information regarding past or pending compliance actions without a valid subpoena or a signed, written release from the individual.
