Refund eligibility, deadlines, and amounts vary by exam. Please refer to the current Exam Fee Schedule for details.
ARDMS exams
You must wait 24 hours after cancelling your exam to request a refund.
- Log in to your online portal
- Under “Application Center,” select “MY Examination/Application Status”
- Select the exam(s)
- Complete and submit the refund request form
APCA exams
MSK, ABVM, and PVI

CBCCT, CBNC, and CBCMR
CBCCT, CBCNC, and CBCMR exams have specific timetables.
