ID Cards

An Inteleos Identification (ID) card validates your Active status. You will receive an ID card each time you:

• Earn a certification
• Earn additional specialties or certifications
• Pay your annual renewal fee and attest to your Council’s rules and compliance policies
• Request a replacement ID card from the Customer Care team

Note: If you earn your first credential between December 1 and December 31, you are a December Registrant and must renew by February 28/29 to receive your ID card and maintain Active status.

Please contact the Customer Care team at 301-738-8401 or 800-541-9754, option 1 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ET or email other@inteleos.org to request a replacement ID cards.
