Permanent Revocation

Revocation means that:

• You will no longer hold an Active Registrant status
• You cannot represent yourself as an ARDMS or APCA certificant, including any misstatement about being credentialed in any specialty to current or future employers or others
• You will no longer be included in the directory
• Your name will be listed as “no longer certified” on the website
• You will not receive any of the standard privileges and benefits
• You can no longer display your credential(s), certificate(s), including digital badges
• Continuing to represent yourself as certified is prohibited and such unauthorized activity may result in you being subject to a compliance review, in addition to being responsible for the payment of all attorney’s fees incurred by Inteleos in our efforts to compel you to refrain from any unauthorized use of credential designations
• You will not have access to Inteleos portal accounts or the CME Bank

Tips to avoid revocation:

Throughout the year, we will send Knowledge Confirmation, CME, and renewal period notices and instructions to all certificants via multiple methods such as your portal account, email, social media, postal mail, and text message, and digital/mobile apps.

• Add Inteleos to your safe senders email list
• If you have unsubscribed from email in the past, opt in now to allow email delivery
• Opt in for text messages
• Follow us on social media
• Watch for renewal messages from September through year end
• Watch for messages marked urgent or as final notice
• Pay attention to notices related to Knowledge Confirmation / SKILLS
• Pay attention to CME and CME audit messages
• Keep up with your Knowledge Confirmation and CME requirements on an ongoing basis
