Kristi Bandy
Kristi has more than 14 years experience combined in vascular and cardiac studies. She currently serves as a registered vascular technologist at the Albert Vein Institute in Colorado. Prior to that, she spent eight years in venous imaging at Bellamah Vein Center in Missoula, Montana before her move to Denver in 2022. She earned an associates degree in applied science in Vascular Studies at Spokane Community College in Washington State, and she served as Director of Non-invasive Vascular Studies at Helena Cardiology Clinic in Helena, Montana.
Kristi has been an active ARDMS volunteer since 2016 and has served on multiple panels with a special interest in writing and reviewing items for SPI exam.
Kristi and her husband and live in Colorado with their sweet yellow lab, Penny. They also enjoy vacationing at their Montana home, and they love camping, hiking and cooking!

Laura Bubar
Laura Bubar has been a registered sonographer working in Edmonton, Alberta for 33 years. She loves sharing her knowledge and passion for MSK by training fellow sonographers. Currently, she is a lead sonographer and the MSK Learning Facilitator for Insight Medical Imaging, a large multi-clinic radiology practice based in Edmonton. Laura has been a volunteer with ARDMS for the last nine years, a past chairperson, and continues to be a member of the MSKS exam committee.
She enjoys traveling with her husband, mountain hikes and oil painting in her free time.

Falguni Patel, BS, RDMS, RVT, RMSKS
Falguni Patel is an Advanced Pediatric Sonographer at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago for over twenty years. She earned her associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Triton college in River Grove Illinois, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Sonography at the Oregon Institute of Technology.
Falu is credentialed by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography in Abdomen, Obstetrical and Gynecological, Neurosonology, Pediatric, Vascular Technology, and Musculoskeletal specialties. She is an advanced sonographer performing research studies, pediatric musculoskeletal ultrasound, contrast enhanced voiding urosonography. Falu serves as Co-Chair on the Quality Analysis committee, Preceptor, MSK dyad, and educator at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
Mrs. Patel is a volunteer and presenter for various professional organizations within sonography such as Society of Pediatric Radiology (SPR), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), and Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS). Additionally she serves as a chair of Pediatric Sonography specialty at (ARDMS). Recently, she presented at POCUS World conference and POCUS webinar to raise awareness of Ultrasound globally.
Providing continuous patient care and teaching sonographers in the community has become her true passion.

Marquita Williams
Marquita Williams is an Organizational Effectiveness Change Partner for AdventHealth. She is an AdventHealth University Sonography graduate, published author and adjunct allied health professor. She is well known in the sonography community, serving as chair for the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography organization. She holds a Prosci change management certification, Bachelor of Science in Sonography, and currently finishing up her Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development
For 20 years, she’s served as an healthcare professional, connecting people, creating strategy and program development. Prior to joining the Organizational Effectiveness team, Marquita served as Multi-Division System Manager of Ultrasound at AdventHealth, a system of 26 Imaging facilities and 200+ Sonographers.
Now, as a learning and change leader, she is most enthusiastic about cultivating a more engaged organization, one where employees have an empowering mindset and seek purpose in their roles. She is motivated by stimulating positive change, and building partnerships with both transformational leaders and organizations.
Marquita is married and has four sons. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
