Dale Cyr serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director for Inteleos, the overarching governance and management organization encompassing the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement (APCA), the Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Certification Academy, and the Inteleos Foundation. Dr. David L. Dawson is a distinguished vascular surgeon, educator, and leader, bringing over 14 years of dedicated volunteer service to Inteleos. Currently, he serves as the Chair for the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement (APCA) Council, showcasing his commitment to advancing medical certification standards. As a decorated veteran, Dr. Dawson retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of colonel.
