- Active credential or license in a health related field
- 150 MSK studies (within the preceding 36 months of application)
- Pass both SPI & MSKS exams within 5 years

- Participation in the interpretation and performance of 20 relevant POCUS cases (upper extremity, lower extremity, or soft tissue) within the last 2 years.
- Completion of the POCUS Fundamentals Certificate
