Annual Renewal Process

Annual renewal fees help Inteleos fulfill its mission of fueling the global health community to ensure equitable access to quality care.

We are dedicated to providing our Certificants and the global medical imaging community with the highest and most comprehensive level of professional services and support.

The renewal fee deadline is December 31, annually. Certificants who earn their first certification in December have until February 28/29 to renew.

You can quickly and easily renew your certification online using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club or JCB by logging in to MY ARDMS/MY APCA.

Please note that we do not accept mailed payments including bill pay checks that are processed through your bank. Bill pay checks are similar to personal checks, as your bank issues a check that is sent through the mail.

Annual Renewal Fees* are:

for RPVI, RMSK

$105

for RDMS, RDCS, RMSKS and RVT (sonographer-level certifications)

*If you hold both physician-level certifications (RPVI, RMSK) and sonographer-level certifications (RDMS, RDCS, RVT, RMSKS), you pay the higher of the two renewal fees.

Certificant renewal fees, application fees, dues, contributions, or gifts to Inteleos are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. These payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses under Section 162 of the Internal Revenue Code. Inteleos has been organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the IRC. The Inteleos tax identification number is 51-0184277. You may wish to consult your tax advisor for further assistance.
