The MSK Specialty certification includes three specialty clinical areas; Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, and Soft Tissue.

Note: the Clinical exams can also be taken separately as individual certifications.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites:

  • Medical license
  • 150 MSK studies (within the preceding 36 months of application)
  • Patient log

Prerequisites:

  • Active healthcare professional in good standing
  • Participation in the interpretation and performance of 20 relevant POCUS cases (upper extremity, lower extremity, or soft tissue) within the last 2 years.
  • Completion of the POCUS Fundamentals Certificate
